I am quite lax about expiry dates, and usually the hubby clears the fridge of expired meds and syrup bottles and cooked veggies and uncooked veggies too..all with a look that tells "you would be dead if I had not been around from all the expiry dated products you keep hoarding!!"sujata senguptahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13101153080266818022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3270853023528644115.post-74779785519179573022010-09-06T10:52:03.746+03:002010-09-06T10:52:03.746+03:00This was a great post! And it proved my point, I take the expiration date as a guideline only.;)
Once I was on a vacation and left an opened milk cartoon in the fridge. Upon my return I opened anew one, but left the old one in and the next day got confused and used that old one in my coffee. It tasted a bit different but not bad and I was thinking about the peculiar taste and finished the coffee. It was not until then I realized my mistake and went to throw the old one away; but I sniffed it before and even tasted it and it was still ok, not rotten or spoiled, only more sweet. I almost wanted to write to the company to tell the they produce an amazing product.;))
Have a great Monday.;))
xoxoZuzanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02137958790178864561noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3270853023528644115.post-26542531789325462762010-09-06T10:03:26.538+03:002010-09-06T10:03:26.538+03:00Great info on the dates, which people have really ...Great info on the dates, which people have really not understood properly.Rajeshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10325697671806865458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3270853023528644115.post-40925556746410484832010-09-06T09:59:38.884+03:002010-09-06T09:59:38.884+03:00I just threw an orange juice pack - its expiry dat...I just threw an orange juice pack - its expiry date was of oct10 - the pack had puffed up and when i broke the seal it made a popping sound.

This post is really useful for people like me...checking expiry dates is like a disease to me.I think i can relax now .

Thanks a lot for sharing this.Kavita Sahariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11342095914702911870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3270853023528644115.post-66779255211462439542010-09-06T07:59:50.543+03:002010-09-06T07:59:50.543+03:00Very nice, relevant and informative post.
